MoneyClick India Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your data in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and RBI guidelines for NBFCs.
1. Information We Collect
Personal Identifiers
Name, date of birth, gender, residential address, PAN card number, Aadhaar number (masked after verification), and photograph.
Financial Information
Bank account details, IFSC code, salary slips, ITR documents, and CIBIL/credit score data obtained with your explicit consent.
Contact & Device Data
Mobile number, email address, IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and usage logs.
2. How We Use Your Information

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do NOT sell your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes. We may share your data with: registered credit bureaus (CIBIL, Experian) for credit assessment; NBFC/bank partners for loan sanctioning; RBI and regulatory authorities as required by law; fraud prevention agencies; and technology service providers under strict confidentiality agreements.
4. Data Security
We implement 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit, AES-256 encryption for data at rest, multi-factor authentication for all system access, regular security audits, and strict access controls. We will notify you promptly in case of any data breach affecting your rights.
5. Cookies & Tracking
Our website uses cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and analyse website traffic using anonymised analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly.
6. Data Retention
Loan-related documents are retained for a minimum of 8 years as required by RBI guidelines. Marketing preference data is retained for 3 years. You may request deletion of non-regulatory data at any time. After retention periods, data is securely and permanently deleted.
